The Marketing Operations Specialist is an integral member of our Marketing Operations team and responsible for the production and delivery of all technical aspects of demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, and conversion programs in APAC. A core responsibility is the delivery of repeatable, measurable programs/campaigns that focus on spend optimization, produce highly qualified leads, improve the customer experience, and increase retention. In addition, the Marketing Operations Specialist helps to configure, manage, maintain, integrate, and optimise our marketing technologies aka Marketo, Salesforce, Splash, Zoom, and Tableau.

Core Responsibilities Production:

  • Be the go-to person for Marketing Operations in APAC
  • Support the APAC marketing team’s lead generation, conversion and revenue goals
  • Align with central and regional Marketing Operation team members on process, workflows, policies, execution and enablement
  • Create and/or adjust core assets like images, photos, copy, links, etc. across Emails and Landing Pages in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and English
  • Develop Marketo Email sends, Nurture Programs, Event Programs and Landing Pages
  • Project manage email campaign production and localization
  • Perform test runs and quality control with strong attention to detail; initiate Go Live
  • Ensure reportability of marketing campaign results
  • Create trend reports and recommend optimisations
  • Normalise, standardise and maintain Marketing database; ensure hygiene
  • Create database queries and smart lists; manage audiences & segmentations
  • Maintain and optimise Marketing Operations processes
  • Document and communicate projects, programs and success metrics
  • Evaluate, test and recommend new Marketing Technologies
  • Provide expertise & support in reporting to enable business owners with insights
  • Identify and manage 3rd party marketing operations service providers/contractors


  • 6 to 8 years of experience working in a Marketing Operations role
  • Strong track record using marketing automation tools; especially Marketo
  • Experience and track record with enterprise CRM solutions
  • Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts
  • Experienced in HTML and CSS concepts (email and web)
  • Experienced with JavaScripts and SQL
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Solid project management and organisational skills
