The role

We’re looking for a proven B2B digital marketer who can work across the Zip Business product suite with a passion for performance metrics and optimisation. You will play a critical role, in partnership with the Senior Campaigns manager, to build the brand and customer base of Zip Business through paid and organic digital channels. 

You will drive qualified paid and organic traffic to Zip Business digital channels while delighting potential customers with amazing website experiences. 

You’ll also:

- Reach and exceed acquisitions targets by building out media buys for various ad and social platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media activity in partnership with Zip Business’ paid media agency.

- Create conversion optimisation strategies using both qualitative and quantitative sources through collaboration with Analytics, Product, Engineering and Zip Business Marketing.

- Build, manage and optimise the online acquisition journey for all Zip Business products (Merchant, Trade and Capital).

- Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop with a strong testing mind-set with a constant and fast iteration testing rigour.

To help us level up you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in digital media experience ideally gained within ecommerce, payments or fintech environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
  • Great at problem-solving skills and passion for data and analytics.
  • At home in a fast-paced environment and able to move with a sense of urgency, but sensitive enough to give people space/comfort to add suggestions.
  • Bachelor degree / tertiary education.
