You will be engaging with our customers daily, supporting them with updating payment plans, repeat applications and providing account updates. Join a high performing, dynamic and high-energy team that truly is passionate about their customer’s success.
What you will be doing
- Understanding a business owner’s needs & requirements, whilst delivering outstanding levels of customer service
- Engaging with partners (both internal & external) to build value and provide outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers
- Balancing a full portfolio of accounts within a diverse portfolio
- Leading detailed financial conversations with business owners to drive commercial outcomes
- Overachieving on key activity and performance metrics
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated success within previous sales and/ or account management roles
- Phone-based sales experience (Ideally B2C or B2B, with small business’ as a preference)
- Be adaptable with your communication and have a high attention to detail
- Experience navigating high-value products with customers
- Internal partner management experience
