Your Role and Responsibilities:

Good at SCM concepts, experience in defining the processes, creating proposals for project requirement and implement it.

Experience in SCM tools (Subversion / GIT / VSTS etc) like administration, customization, and providing training to user community

Good knowledge and hands on experience with one or more build tools - Ant/Nant/Maven/Make/gradle

Experience in Software Build and Release management in handling complex projects with parallel and/or multi-platform releases

Well verse with Build and release process, automation, improving the build performance etc

Experience in high level scripting language like Perl / Python. Candidate has engineered in writing triggers / hooks and scripts for product builds and releases

Hands on experience with Batch and/or Shell Scripting.

Expertise in Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins / Azure Devops / Ansible

Experience in database builds is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

Configuration Managements tools like Ansible etc

Strong Knowledge of CI/CD implementation, Good to have Azure Devops

Understanding of Kubernetes and able to design the CI/CD for the same

Sound Knowledge with Docker, Docker compose.

Good understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) – ARM Templates, Azure Resource Manager etc

Should have strong knowledge on application & Data

Understanding of the Windows ecosystem 

Automation on Shell/Bash/Python/Power Shell is must to have

Monitoring and Tools like Prometheus, AppD, Newrelic etc

Meaningful experience in DevOps & automation: Kubernetes, Git, Github, Jenkins, Terraform, Chef, Docker

Strong understanding of Linux OS core principles, Performance and Tuning

Strong knowledge of RDBMS management and application development: Postgres, MySQL, DB2.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

You ought to have a good technical curiosity coupled with the ability to quickly understand new technologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration and a results-oriented attitude

Proficiency in problem solving and debugging.
