FMS Testing Services - Functional Consultant

As a member of the FMS Testing Services, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Design, Create, implement and review functional, non-functional, automation, and regression test plans, cases, scripts and review them with the business and technical product owner(s). Provide input to the Test Strategy. Capable in driving and facilitating functional workshops. Work closely with the implementation team to understand the issues and concerns and how best to address them within the day-to-day operations of the team. Work closely with the product teams to come up with the required tools/processes for the team. Work with the client in understanding their business processes so that any potential issues would be addressed by the day-to-day operations of the team. Provide the functional guidance to the team. Provide the functional expertise to the team in addressing issues on the tools and related processes. Work closely with the Expert Technical Consultant and Senior Testers within the team to come up with the best solutions to issues being encountered by the team. Provide feedback to the Managed Services Lead that could be used to improve the team’s performance. Work on shift as required
