About the role:

For Nium, the Risk & Compliance platforms and tools strive to deliver excellent onboarding and transactional experience while playing a guardian's role for Product integrity. These products transcend across global Open Money platform for Send, Spend and Receive with the objective of providing a seamless customer experience while managing the regulatory requirements in over 200+ countries.


What would a day in your life @ NIUM look like

  • Researching onboarding solutions in geographies of interest
  • Creating the roadmap for all onboarding capabilities to power Nium applications
  • Partnering with Policy/Legal, Business, Solution architects, Engineering leads, and Program leads to develop against the requirements in an Agile environment. These leads will be critical partners in your success story.
  • Working with other product, functional & technology stakeholders to create efficiency, reliability & speed in customer onboarding offerings
  • Defining, measuring & monitoring KPIs as well as reporting out the roadmap & performance to the management team.
  • Measuring & monitoring onboarding efficiency, reliability & speed metrics as well as reporting out to stakeholders

What expertise & experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role?

  • Worked in a product management role in a startup or growth stage company in Payments/Fintech, Spend management, Accounts Receivable/Payable management, Neobanking companies
  • Experienced in writing product requirements for new features. Have done detailed requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and product development.
  • Proven ability to execute complex projects and have experience by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in delivering products using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail. Passionate about developing products and experiences with deep customer empathy.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Should be comfortable with data, analytics and decision making based on data
