The Opportunity

Are you proactive and love a challenge? If you enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent client service, then this is a role for you! Join the MYOB Technical Services team and provide timely, efficient, and accurate services and support for our customers and internal colleagues.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide consulting services & support that drive customer success and high adoption of MYOB platforms. Some of the key parts of the role are:

  • Provide high-quality, responsive technical and application support for MYOB Exo add-ons by working with customers to scope, design, implement and support solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal partners such as Account Managers, Development Teams, Product Managers, Professional Services, and other Enterprise Solutions team members
  • Developing and enabling integrations between MYOB & Third-party products

Knowledge & Experience

  • Customer service or consulting experience in a technical delivery environment.
  • Experience configuring & supporting ERP applications.
  • Significant experience with software implementations with complex configurations, integrations, SQL, & report development.
  • Flexibility, prioritization and time management skills, ability to multitask and be multi-skilled across a range of applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with colleagues remotely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
