We are seeking a results driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane. Bring your expertise in prospecting new business, along with your passion for hospitality and inquisitive nature to this role. Work alongside a thriving sales team who fuel the revenue engine for Liven. See yourself interacting with stakeholders at different levels, from wait staff, cashier team to CFO’s and CEO’s across the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

As the BDM you will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets. This will be achieved by:

  • Sales planning
  • CRM management
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Meeting sales objectives
  • Sales presentations
  • Account management

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, ideally within hospitality.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process, commercial negotiations and contracts.
  • Passion for technology and innate desire for learning and self-improvement.
  • Positive attitude and your drive for professional development
  • Understanding of hospitality technology (Loyalty, Point of Sale, Ordering, Marketplaces etc)
