The Opportunity:

This role in Worldline Services Australia (WSA) provides operational support to both WSA and the ANZ/Worldline Joint Venture (JV) organization, in the area of Hardware Security Module (HSM) server administration and encryption key management. This role is responsible for the operational support of HSM hardware and software, and for managing the lifecycle of cryptographic materials and related digital components used by the business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Hardware Security Module (HSM) server administration involving hardware maintenance, software support (patching, OS upgrades etc) license key administration, and managing the cryptographic keys on the devices in both Test and Production environments. Other related responsibilities include:
  • Lifecycle management of all cryptographic physical and digital materials, such as encryption keys, secured envelopes, key parts and safes, in a compliant manner.
  • Key Management activities relating to the secure generation, storage, installation, configuration and decommission of encryption keys, certificates, and key tokens, using Worldline’s Key Management Applications and processes.
  • Configuration and Knowledge management of the information and systems supporting HSM administration and Key Management operations.
  • Supporting the business processes such as internal/external security audits and key ceremonies as required.
  • Planning, coordinating and driving Key Ceremonies with required stakeholders such as Key Custodians and internal/external Customers.

Technical skills we can’t do without:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and/or Cyber security.
  • Server and/or IT appliance lifecycle administration and operational support experience.
  • Experience in Key and/or HSM management is an advantage, but a security mindset is mandatory.
  • ITIL-knowledge and hands-on experience (preferably with ITIL v3/4 certification).

Soft skills we can’t do without:

  • Precise attention-to-detail to match your highly-organized working style.
  • Developed analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and navigate a matrixed international organization, to deliver and drive the required results.

Skills we would like:

  • Certificate in security (e.g. CompTIA Security+, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure.
