We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager that is committed to helping boost new subscribers and decrease churn by understanding our customers needs in order to build trust each time they interact with Invoice2Go.

Our product's overall purpose is to help our customers get paid faster and bring their businesses online. We can provide a much greater impact for our customers by supporting them to get started faster and delivering more robust, personalised product experiences.

As a Product Manager, this is an opportunity to work on the highest traffic channels of our product and help make our customer’s lives easier.

This squad is fundamental to our future growth. It not only impacts our ability to meet our objectives as a business but to allow our customers to move fast and scale their businesses.

As a Product Manager for the Core Experience team, you will talk with customers and partner with other Product Managers, Go To Market and our Data team to bring about meaningful onboarding, communication and feature activation journeys that are tailored to our customers needs and expectations.

But it doesn’t stop there. This is a newly formed team and you will be responsible for building the longer-term roadmap, influencing how the new team of engineers delivers value and have a legitimate opportunity to shape the future of Invoice2Go.

What does a ‘Day in the life’ look like?

Proven record of demonstrating core PM skills of:

Framing the problem: what's the customer problem we want to solve? - We don't build tech for the sake of tech!

Measurement: Always knowing the metrics that allow you to measure success

Painting the picture: What are we building and for who?

Execution: Keeping the customer in mind as you build the solution

2+ years of direct PM experience with a Software Product, B2C or focused on SMBs

Demonstrated effectiveness working with cross-functional product teams

Lots of discovery with design, research, customer operations, engineering, marketing and other product managers

Running mobile and web experiments and driving change into products based on your findings

Adept working with analytics tools like Amplitude and Periscope (or others) but comfortable diving into SQL if you need to (or willing to work out how)

Working closely with our data and data science teams to understand ways to improve feature activation and personalisation or even reduce fraudulent account creation

Owning and developing our customer communication strategy as well as our Email and Push Notification tech stack

Stakeholder management of both C suite level and across other business functions


Mobile experience is important! You'll bring some 'A' game on delivering a mobile product internationally

You’ve built or designed your own killer product/widget and have the ability to dive deep into the detail when required

Owning metrics related to the engagement of features, email delivery and push notifications
