About the job
- To support Head, Payments in the delivery of payment services in digital banking app to SME customers
- Have a deep appreciation of the customer’s journey and understand the payments, particularly remittances and retail mobile / QR payment processes.
- Develop value proposition that will resonate with the customer’s requirements and capable of articulating the value of the payment solutions to potential partners and bank customers
- Degree in Banking/Finance, Business or Business IT or other degrees such as engineering or computing with relevant experience
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in payments, banking and/or financial institutions
- Good understanding of payments best practices and processes
- Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
- Passion for mobile & web technologies in a UX-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient handling of Scrum, agile methodologies & road mapping
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Application Programming Interface (API)
