Are you interested in working in a position providing detailed exposure to the investment fund industry within the environment of a leading international software company, dealing with some of the largest banks and asset managers in the investment fund industry globally, and be an instrumental part of the continued success of our rapidly growing company?

As a member of the Multifonds services team (part of Temenos), you are assigned on client projects. The nature of those projects varies from implementation of new clients, implementation of new modules, or software version upgrade for existing clients. Under the leadership of a project manager, you are the technical reference and advisor and are in charge of providing consultancy to new and existing clients on the Multifonds software

Key Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of installing, configuring, and upgrading the Multifonds applications internally and at client site
  • Provide advice for choices and implementation of interfaces / surrounds (inbound, and outbound), including advice and support on how to develop client reporting
  • Provide training, guidance and support to client IT teams
  • Propose and imagine solutions to address client challenges
  • Handle and follow up specific technical issues (wide diversity and complexity), and perform corrective actions
  • Interact with Multifonds development, architecture, product and support teams

Skills & Experience

  • IT Education
  • Good skills inSQL, PL/SQL and Oracle databases
  • Working experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of cloud agnostic environment with microservices, open-APIs, SOA, containerization technologies:
  • Application server: Jboss EAP/Wildfly
  • Container runtime: Docker, containerd, CRI-O
  • Container orchestrator: Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, AKS
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Jaeger, Logstash + Grafana
  • IAM: KeyCloak
  • Web server: NGINX, Apache
  • Experience migrating legacy customer solutions to Azure/AWS cloud native deployment would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c (Weblogic, Forms & Report, ADF, BI Publisher) would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (Oracle Directory Services, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Identity Federation) would be an asset
  • Curiosity to learn new technologies

  • Ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive
  • Strong motivation to continuously increase quality and efficiency
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Autonomous, rigorous, resilient under pressure, and well organized
  • Capability to work within a global team (spread across geographies)
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
  • English with C1 level
  • Ready to travel for business trips
