OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Integrations squad to define the strategy and roadmap for our new integration ecosystem.

MISSION

To increase customer retention by enabling our customers to seamlessly connect the tools and products they use everyday to Invoice2go.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product, this position will work closely with other product teams, design, engineering, marketing, as well as external partners.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead and evolve the Invoice2Go integration strategy and ecosystem roadmap;
  • Form a deep understanding of adjacent customer problems and their most-used products;
  • Establish quantitative product objectives and define collaborative key results with the integration squad;
  • Work closely with the Integration squad to deliver product integrations that hide complexity and add value for our customers;
  • Continuously improve active integrations using data, research and customer insights;
  • Take new integrations to market and drive adoption through on and off platform channels;
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop commercial relationships with partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field;
  • Experience building and launching products at leading tech / SaaS companies;
  • Experience working with engineers and designers on product development;
  • Proven experience in an Agile product development and continuous delivery environment; 
  • Knowledge of how successful SaaS integration platforms work and are positioned for customers;
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Customer Support, Product Marketing and GTM; 
  • Experience working with external technology partners;
  • Experience establishing relationships and negotiating terms with commercial partners;
  • Experience as a Product Manager, not a product owner or business analyst;
  • Core product management skills around managing scope, milestones, creating user stories, tracking requirements and acceptance criteria;
  • Adept working with analytics tools like Amplitude but comfortable diving into SQL if needed;
  • Evidenced improvement in their skills and knowledge across a broad range of topics.

  • Comfortable using experimentation and iterative development to drive product improvements;
  • Stakeholder management of both C suite level and across other business functions; and
