Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Merchant Experience Associate to support the Onboarding and Merchant Operation teams in improving the end-to-end Merchant onboarding process and post-onboarding. We believe a successful candidate has good stakeholders and project management skills and manages onboarding database and system, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Drive and monitor Onboarding & Merchant Operation’s daily metrics, performance and projects
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and creating reporting requirement
  • Strategize and execute end-to-end ad hoc projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Explore, analyze and aggregate data sets to provide actionable information
  • Create intuitive visualizations to convey these insights to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient Onboarding & Post Onboarding processes
  • Continuously explores and spearheads strategic planning to improve our Merchant-partners' experience
  • Able to create query and present data seamlessly to support operations team’s daily monitoring process

The Must-Haves

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Operations and Project Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, not only independent but also a good team player with a customer-oriented mindset, and experienced working with large cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, excellent communication in both written and spoken English
  • Strong business acumen, resourcefulness, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
  • Upbeat and passionate about making an impact on the business and stakeholders
  • Highly comfortable working with database and tools

The Nice-to-Haves

  • You have working knowledge of SaaS such as Salesforce and CRM
  • Critical & Analytical thinking skills would be an advantage
  • SQL language
