Everyone is committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers, and you will have the chance to change the face of payments and commerce for Australian businesses.

🎥 Take a look here what it's like to work at Tyro

As a Salesforce Technical Lead you will be part of a team of talented Salesforce professionals that work together to envision and implement Salesforce solutions in the wide Tyro ecosystem that empower our business serve our Tyro customer base day by day. Your role will be key on architecting and delivering critical pieces of innovation put together by our Product team to serve our business as well as working together with the business to continue improving our platform. All this will be possible by working alongside our own Salesforce team, internal engineering teams, architects and other vendors (on a need-by-need basis). Your reach and scope will go beyond Salesforce centric solutions as we have several bespoke integrations and systems to interact with. Being comfortable outside Salesforce is a must. We work on a fully Agile environment and truly believe that the best solutions come from diversity of thought. This role requires you to be honest (but polite), vocal, team player, and open to hear other opinions and points of view. Participative and can-do mindsets are key.

Your role extends from initial discovery working with other architects and tech leads all the way to refining requirements with the team to come up with a solution approach, implementation, delivery, and continuous support. If you are looking for a role that will give you experience on all fronts from the SLDC Lifecycle, coach other team members, and be involved in early design stages with architecture, then this is for you. We are looking for an individual that is interested in having a say on how things are done, that builds relationships with our Product and business teams to understand the context – the what’s and the why’s – and hence be able to advise on potential ways to solve issues. Think yourself as a consultant but with the time to evaluate and propose long-term solutions that will allow our platform to scale. This is a hands-on role, meaning that you will still be required to code/configure and deliver on top of being that representative person on behalf of the team on early discoveries and architectural workshop meetings.

The variety of projects and departments we serve will allow you to put your hard worked certification knowledge into practice. And with a platform that is still not fully exploited, the opportunity to make an impact and bring new features into life is completely real.

What extras you get?

Hybrid work (home and office) An actual work-life balance

Attractive on-call remuneration (optional)

A very cool MacBook Pro

State of the art offices in the heart of the CBD
