About the role:

You’ll be part of a Group Services team who are masters in providing a world-class infrastructure that ensures that our business leads, when everyone else follows. Together, we deliver the critical communications and technology that drives MYOB to wherever our clients need us to be.

Our fast-paced and evolving financial services business is a key ingredient in our innovative business management platform. You'll have access to a wealth of customer data and business intelligence to build powerful, data-driven risk management solutions which protect our customers and our business.

As the first line Risk and Compliance Manager for our Financial Services vertical, you will work closely with our domain teams to proactively lead risk, compliance and fraud improvements across our payments, lending and employee onboarding products.

You will partner with our second line team to plan the calendar of improvement and assurance activities and work with the wider team to implement.

You will bring:

- Experience in financial services compliance and risk management

- Knowledge of payments and lending laws and regulations

- An inquisitive and data-driven mind that wants to think differently about risk and fraud management

- Desire to work with agility and make incremental improvements towards ambitious goals
