Lead Developer Managed Services – Payments

As a Lead developer you will work closely with banking clients on a major banking payments platform modernisation project. 

About the Role:

In this senior role your time will be split between “hands on’ technical tasks and team leadership responsibilities. You will also:

• Working closely with clients and business partners to understand business and technology requirements
• Customising and updating software products, creating custom FIS proprietary solutions specific to the operational needs of the client
• Managing end to end project delivery including initial requirement refinement, design, configuration, installation, and maintenance as well as customisation in the future
• Lead Team and provide production support on a rostered basis with offshore developers and product teams to ensure customer service levels are met

What you bring:

• Payment domain and card schemes knowledge and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills require to manage varied stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of FIS’ DataNavigator product suite, IST, Connex or similar
• Experience with product-based deliveries and maintenance
• At least 10 years’ experience and Australian Work Rights
• Technologies – C++, Linux/Unix, Oracle, SQL, Scripting
