As a Lead developer you will work closely with banking clients on a major banking payments platform modernisation project.
About the Role:
In this senior role your time will be split between “hands on’ technical tasks and team leadership responsibilities. You will also:
- Working closely with clients and business partners to understand business and technology requirements
- Customising and updating software products, creating custom FIS proprietary solutions specific to the operational needs of the client
- Managing end to end project delivery including initial requirement refinement, design, configuration, installation, and maintenance as well as customisation in the future
- Lead Team and provide production support on a rostered basis with offshore developers and product teams to ensure customer service levels are met
What you bring:
- Payment domain and card schemes knowledge and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills require to manage varied stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of FIS’ DataNavigator product suite, IST, Connex or similar
- Experience with product-based deliveries and maintenance
- At least 10 years’ experience and Australian Work Rights
- Technologies – C++, Linux/Unix, Oracle, SQL, Scripting
