The Principal Business Solutions Consultant will work with the sales teams and provide Consultancy and Solution support around Temenos products, including presentations and demonstrations, with a primary focus to win qualified business for Temenos.


  • You will support the sales organization as a trusted digital transformation expert in engaging at C-level with new and existing customer in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements
  • You will create customer personas and customer journeys to create impact and interest around the solutions offerings
  • You will work closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs
  • You will act as authority and trusted advisor to help our clients on their digital transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a digital roadmap with them
  • You will collaborate, partner, and consult with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's digital strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives
  • You will support the RFx process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the client’s unique business challenge
  • You will have a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the product range
  • You will ensure that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to date
  • You will do presentations to clients and prospects
  • You will do demonstrations (including creation of product data used to demo product capability )
  • You will act as a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles, etc.) and
  • You will collaborate with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales campaigns


  • You should have 5+ years of working experience in a Bank or a banking solutions vendor.
  • You should have Banking Knowledge (expected to specialize in one, but have a generic awareness of all):
  • Banking processes and operational models
  • Self-service Retail, SME, and Corporate banking
  • Origination and onboarding – CASA, deposits, and lending processes.
  • You should have experience working in digital transformation projects, ideally in the financial services industry
  • You should have experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions/environments to the cloud
  • You should have experience working with microservices, open-APIs, SOA, containerization technologies
  • You should have knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
  • You should have experience in Agile Software development and change management processes
  • You should have interest in the financial services industry, the trends, challenges, and innovations
  • You should have experience in a client-facing role acts as a trusted partner to C-level business and technical stakeholders
  • Thought leader and is passionate about driving change within an industry
  • You should be able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity
  • You should have entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving
  • You should have a passion for technology!

  • Knowledge in Wealth Management would be an added advantage
