The Opportunity

The Go to Market (GTM) team orchestrate the process of identifying and prioritising opportunities in the market, drives alignment across the company to execute effectively against the GTM opportunities and provides a commercial lens to see how effective we are at realising outcomes

The Integrated GTM/Segment Lead is a leadership position within the GTM Team that focuses on GTM methodologies, people capability and leadership Role Modelling what good looks like in orchestration and delivery. The role is crucial to effective and efficient GTM Program delivery and puts the voice of the customer at the forefront of MYOB’s thinking and decision-making.

If you're excited so far, and you've got an affection for technology/software, combined with demonstrable extensive leadership experience in GTM within mid-market, we'd be thrilled to have you come on board to

  • Define the in-year strategy for the relevant Segment
  • Strategically identify, assess, and prioritize commercial opportunities within a customer segment
  • Prioritise opportunities against capacity, dependencies, customer and commercial outcomes
  • Facilitate mitigation of execution risks or removal of blockers
  • Optimise GTM programs to address performance gaps
  • Uses innovative ways to gain insight and understanding of the ‘Customer Voice’'
  • Drive development to build a successful team and support team members with Career Planning
