The Role

As a result of growth we are looking for a Productivity Analyst and you will be responsible for supporting the on-going development of productivity labour standards across eCom/Online business. The role is a key position in supporting our eCom business to deliver a great customer experience cost effectively, with operational process changes assessed and applied as initiatives are deployed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Workforce Management Specialists in developing and evolving productivity labour standards as process change is developed and deployed.
  • Supporting store teams by ensuring that our Kronos labour demand curves deliver the right team and customer experience.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate process maps relative to agreed operating processes, Productivity Analyst engaging key stakeholders as required.
  • Completing work measurement projects using a range of technical methods and project management skills to deliver in line with business priorities.
  • Building & maintaining accuracy of process models aligned to standard processes.
  • Evaluating end to end cost base impacts of process change, enabling business case prioritisation to be assessed.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities that reduce the cost of doing business across stores’ productivity targets, highlighting opportunities with Productivity Specialists as they arise.
  • Supporting business stakeholders to drive increased value from process change that reduces the stores’ cost of doing business.

Who We’re Looking For

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • An ability to apply productivity measurement and business modelling techniques, with strong analytical skills that enable large datasets to be effectively and pragmatically managed.
  • Retail or customer services sector business experience, with an ability to understand and challenge processes for business improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including an ability to engage, understand, interpret and manage varying levels of business stakeholders.
  • Tertiary education qualification in engineering, mathematics, statistics or relevant business equivalent/experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks with conflicting priorities.
