We are an unlisted public company and one of five licensed banks in Australia with full direct connectivity and production capability across all domestic payment systems. Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.
We are looking for a Data Migration Administrator to join our legal team initially for a 6-month contract.
Reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, this role is responsible for cleansing and migrating contract data from legacy systems into the new contract management system.
This role will undertake data and admin work between core systems, checking and comparing information on both the legacy and contract management system to cross-check information and ensure data accuracy and ensure smooth transition to the new contract management system. Although the role will be predominantly administrative it will require extremely high level of attention to detail and working knowledge of contracts
As the Cuscal’s Data Migration Administrator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Working across multiple functions to understand contract data usage and implications for contract data migration
- Assisting in designing, planning, and managing the contract data migration process
- Perform contract data cleansing, preparation, reporting, and data analysis
- Partnering with stakeholders to resolve data extraction and/or loading issues
- Performing contract data extraction, aggregation, and quality checking from multiple sources
- Managing migration and testing of contract data between core systems
- Attaching metadata to documents by analysing their content or working with knowledgeable owners or teams and accurately recording key data in new contract management system
- Performing contract data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting
- Working cross-program data assurance for data items in source and target systems
- Updating and maintaining accurate data in new contract management system including archived documents
About You
This role focuses on a comprehensive understanding of data migration and contract administration and for this purpose, the ideal candidate needs to have demonstrated experience to be considered for this role. Furthermore, you will have broad understanding of core data in legal contracts and are familiar with contract lifecycle management tools and/or CRM tools to be successful.
With the ability to communicate effectively within a multi-layered stakeholder environment, you will be confident in building and managing effective relationships and bring a level of maturity and confidentiality when dealing with all sensitive matters. Furthermore, your analytical skills and attention to detail will be at the core of this role.
As the successful candidate you will be a natural collaborator with the capability of working in an autonomous environment. You will have an established track record of strong attention to detail and effective decision-making skills while having the ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Additionally, your strong organisational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritise and achieve outcomes will see you far in this role.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential. Qualifications in business administration or relevant field is highly desirable.
