As the Director of Talent Acquisition for our product and engineering groups, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space as well as being a thought leader to our existing team members. You will work with the leaders across our product and engineering groups to improve how we attract and acquire talent globally.

The focus of this role will be partnering with key stakeholders within the business and acting as the trusted advisor when it comes to talent attraction, talent pipelining and nurturing, interview training, employer branding, compensation banding and market mapping. You will partner closely with Marketing and People Operations to drive employer branding, attraction, and retention initiatives. Success in this role is building a high powered team that is finding top talent for our open requisitions in a timely manner while creating a seamless candidate experience.

You have:

  • 10+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, 5+ in a leadership role
  • 4+ years experience working for high growth international tech organizations
  • Experience leading a high performance team working across different time zones
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition across engineering, product and design
  • Some exposure to Human Resources activities (such as contract creation, benefits management, compensation benchmarking and payroll) is an advantage
  • Experience in driving Employer Branding Initiatives would be a plus
