Overview

The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager – Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Please bear in mind this role is a 12-months Mat Leave cover role.

Role

The role holder will be the Product Manager - Technical Lead for the Mastercard Prepaid Management Services business in Asia Pacific.

In this role you will execute the regional product strategy, roadmap priorities and initiatives. You will be responsible for translating business objectives and market needs into defined solutions and requirements to drive growth for key markets and verticals.

  • Identify, define, map and draft requirements, processes and possible solution approaches for key product capabilities and initiatives
  • Close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders - External: Issuer processors, Issuers/BIN Sponsors, Customers; Internal - Market product and account teams, regional delivery, legal, compliance and finance teams, global product, engineering and delivery teams.
  • Manage the go-to-market rollout of product initiatives and capabilities in AP region
  • Own and manage the Change Management process and log for Asia Pacific, including tracking changes, additions and issues
  • Finalise and distribute materials such as product specifications and guides to support new or changed product implementations
  • Assist with monitoring the prioritisation and process of product development requests through the global PI process (SAFe Agile Process)
  • Support product launches and implementations as required
  • Assist with the monitoring of product performance, competitor data and market trends to better inform the product roadmap and business strategy
