 THE ROLEEnsure successful implementation and installation of business solutions in accordance with the Temenos Implementation Methodology and the client’s business objectives by scoping and agreeing on the requirement, planning, leading, coordinating and controlling of the human and technical resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

  •  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDetermine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects and define with customer via a quality plan.
  • Manage project budget and optimize revenue opportunities; including owning P&L for the project.
  • Development of Statements of Work and negotiation of the same.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, implement mechanics to manage and track change request, running cost and establish appropriate project governance.
  • Prepare and communicate Project / Program Plan to all Stakeholders including the Client, Project Team, Temenos Management and Partners via quality plan.
  • Obtain Client sign off on: Project quality plan and scope; Project deliverables and agreed milestones; All change control items.
  • Establish, manage and report on the financial status of their project portfolio.
  • Plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources.
  • Implement and manage project Change Control procedures.
  • Take ownership and manage client expectations with primary goal to ensure implementation is completed within the agreed scope, cost and timeframe with quality being uphold.
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables in accordance with the Temenos Project Delivery Methodology and quality standards.
  • Maintenance of project documentation.
  • Carry out end-of-project performance appraisals of the consultants involved with delivery of the project.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients and Partners.
  • Carry out regular performance appraisals of the Partners involved with delivery of the project.
  • Identify and advise Sales and Account Management of new sales opportunities.
  • Manage a multi-discipline team (both functional and technical as well as client teams): carry out end-of-project performance appraisals, identify and report training and development needs.
  • Contribute to continual improvement processes especially around efficiencies of estimation and client engagement.
  • Resolving product quality, fixing any reliability issues, leading the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
  •  SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Degree in Business/ Computer Science and Project Management Certification.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in managing the delivery of complex system implementation projects in software banking consultancy industry, with a few years in banking and financial institutions.
  • Experience in Multi-National Company (MNC) environment/ structure ie know how we function as a region.
  • Demonstrable project management experience of managing large scale project implementations (mandatory).
  • Strong and proven leadership skills.
  • High caliber for Interpersonal / resource management skills, Customer relationship management skills, Time management skills, Facilitation skills, Communication skills, Commercial management skills.
  • Advanced project scheduling and coordination skills.
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Project Delivery Methodologies.
  • Experience delivering projects using a PMBoK / Prince 2 based project management methodology.
  • Management of remote teams / resources.
  • Experience mentoring and training Project Managers.
  • Vendor / System Integrator experience as a project manager.
