We are looking for a Practice Manager, Project Management to join our Adaptive Management Office (AMO).
This important role will provide leadership to the program managers, project managers and project coordinators, supporting them in their career development and in continuous improvement of project delivery across the Cuscal Group.
As the Practice Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for the following:
- Project Management standards, Quality Assurance and resource management across programs and projects.
- Working closely with the Project / Program Managers contributing to the coordination of the projects / programs, ensuring frequent monitoring of health and effective interventions where necessary.
- Maintaining the P3MO Methodology and serving as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved methodologies, applying expert P3MO management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting program and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Proactively promoting AMO project methods and implementing best practices, while driving a positive customer-centric culture.
- Be involved in scoping and delivering projects and programs.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years Team Leadership Experience working in a PMO or project environment.
- Experience with improving Resource Management maturity, designing & implementation.
- Demonstrable experience of Quality Assurance implementation for strategic improvement projects
- Previous experience working in a hybrid project / agile environment.
- Experience in leadership and team development
- Good practice knowledge of resource management processes and methods in complex organisations
- Previous experience working as a resource manager, team manager or project manager.
- Strong communication skills including but not limited to designing reports, and documents for internal/external audiences and presenting to various internal audiences.
Although not required any experience with improving resource management maturity, designing, and implementing good practice resource management process and practices in complex organisations will be highly desirable.
