Judo Bank is on the lookout for an experienced Product Consultant or Product Manager to assist in the management & development Judo’s suite of lending products. This role will initially be offered on a 12 month contract.

Your dream job:
- Manage/assist in the management and development Judo’s suite of lending products, including Business Loans, Home Loans and Bank Guarantees.
- Monitor, analyse and interpret customer, financial and market data to drive enhanced product offerings, features, pricing and/or commercial outcomes
- Produce regular and ad-hoc product reporting for business, risk and regulatory purposes
- Manage internal & external stakeholders to deliver projects & initiatives
- Act as the ‘voice of product’ within the Judo business, assisting bankers, operations and other business stakeholders to resolve product queries/issues
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements in Judo’s product & business functions, improve customer experience, grow market share and revenue
- Be self-motivated and can work independently to understand, interpret & deliver against business & customer needs
- Be comfortable working in a regulated environment & working in conjunction with our risk, assurance & legal teams to ensure our products meet customer and community expectations

- Strong ability to manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial service landscape and associated regulatory environment
Your life pre-Judo:
- Experience in the banking &/or finance industry
- Be degree qualified & have minimum 3 years professional experience
- Experience managing banking products or working in a business banking related role preferred, but not essential at the Product Consultant level
