Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Incident Management for Level 1 and Level 2
Incident investigation
Defect fixing for defects
Status reporting about identified cases
Problem Management / Knowledge Management
Required Experience:
AS400 COBOL Development Experience
Incident and Problem Management Support Experience
Payments Domain knowledge
Client facing communication skills
Fluent English language
