What will you contribute?

Reporting to the Global DMO head with indirect reporting to the Payments Head of Delivery, the Sr. PMO Administrator is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of Large to moderately complex projects for a defined segment of strategic initiatives from project definition and intake to transition to full operational support.  

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Sr. PMO Administrator will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • o   Part of the governance team, engaged with client
  • o   Updates financial workbook with actuals and works with PM/PgM on forecasting
  • o   Initiates invoicing, PM/PgM approves
  • o   Reconciliation of resource bookings to financial forecast
  • o   Responsible for data cleansing
  • o   Validates resource assignments/resource management (bookings)
  • o   Supports weekly actuals tracking
  • o   Program/Project performance reporting
  • o   Handle any bespoke requirements – as appropriate
  • o   Issue Management and Escalation
  • o   Defect Management
  • o   Document Management
  • o   Contract Management
  • o   Act as “chief of staff” to the Program Manager
  • ·       Small/Med engagements:
  • o   Resource management (bookings)
  • o   Revenue forecasting
  • o   Data hygiene
  • o   Timesheet / Expenses / Billings
  • o   Project performance reporting
  • o   Possible client facing
  • •        Additional responsibilities:
  • o   Consolidated financial and resource reporting
  • o   Support Netsuite and Domo updating
  • o   Review and ensure project workflow from SFDC to live project is complete and accurate
  • o   Support Americas Payments HOD in monthly reporting data validation
  • o   Act as SME for PM applications and support PMs on problematic issues
  • o   Consolidated Quality (Defect) reporting
  • o   Consolidated Product Commitment/Dependency and PQI reporting

Required Experience:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in PMO related role
  • Experience assisting project management teams
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Teams required
  • Knowledge of OpenAir, Domo, and Netsuite a plus
  • CAPM or PMP desired
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
