What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
- Manage Payoneer Enterprise client payment flows and services, develop client retention and growth strategies for your managed client portfolio with various digital commerce verticals (e.g. Social Streaming, Marketplace, Freelancing and others).
- Develop and nurture key client relationships with stakeholders including senior management while understanding the decision-making process.
- Strategic selling aptitude managing cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Negotiate contract extensions, pricing, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to execute on revenue goals and objectives.
- Formulate business insights with both internal and external data analysis, present findings to stakeholders, drive approval process with data-driven decision-making approach.
- Conduct QBRs with clients to track against both Payoneer and clients KPI
- Communicate the value of Payoneer through account review processes and prioritize plans to achieve objectives
- Be a steward to resolve operational issues that may be affecting the client by working with technical teams to drive resolution on behalf of client

We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can operate in a fast-paced environment to grow new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology products and services, possesses the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and has a proven track record of success managing executive and C-level relationships at large and dynamic corporations.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firms, fintech space or in a financial institution.
- Work with global cross functional teams including sales/BD, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance.
- Work autonomously to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the client’s advocate within Payoneer.
- Analytical mindset, resourceful, customer focused and team oriented.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box but also to know how to plan, prioritize, and execute on strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone in English.
- Willingness to travel
Not a Must But a Great Advantage
- MBA or equivalent degree
- One of the following language skills will be a plus: Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese.
