The role

You will be engaging with our customers daily, supporting them with updating payment plans, repeat applications and providing account updates. Join a high performing, dynamic and high-energy team that truly is passionate about their customer’s success.

What you will be doing

  • Understanding a business owner’s needs & requirements, whilst delivering outstanding levels of customer service
  • Engaging with partners (both internal & external) to build value and provide outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers
  • Balancing a full portfolio of accounts within a diverse portfolio
  • Leading detailed financial conversations with business owners to drive commercial outcomes 
  • Overachieving on key activity and performance metrics

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success within previous sales and/ or account management roles
  • Phone-based sales experience (Ideally B2C or B2B, with small business' as a preference)
  • Be adaptable with your communication and have a high attention to detail
  • Experience navigating high-value products with customers
  • Internal partner management experience
