The role 

As Marketing Manager for SME Acquisition you will develop an integrated marketing strategy that delivers revenue-generating marketing pipeline and sales (acquiring subscribers) for MYOB. Main channels include website, digital, email, direct mail, mobile, social media and via commercial partnerships.  

Daily responsibilities include the following: 

- Translate overall commercial objectives into effective, targeted direct marketing strategies across acquisition for Australia & New Zealand 

- Focus on acquiring SME customers new to MYOB  

- Develop effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive MQLs  

- Manage and develop a team of 4 Marketing Specialists 

- Be responsible for a large media and marketing budget and account for CPA 

- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to drive leads and sales  

- Represent the customer while collaborating with product teams  

What we want to see from you 

- 6+ years of digital marketing strategy & campaign delivery  

- Experienced SaaS (Software as a Service) Growth Marketer 

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and lead nurture strategies 

- Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, including test-and-learn methodologies, best practice digital  

- Passion and enthusiasm to get results and overcome roadblocks 

- Supportive leadership 

- Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across AU and NZ 

- Strong relationship building skills 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills 

- Highly organised, strong attention to detail
