Senior Specialist, Market Product ManagementAs Senior Specialist, Market Product Management, you will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing management of products and services under the Loyalty Solutions family in Asia Pacific, contribute to growing both the customer and Mastercard's revenues, while meeting strategic product objectives.
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provide a range of cutting edge products and services for our Issuers to create compelling card propositions that drive the acquisition of new cardholders and then ensure a positive and long-term relationship with them.
Cardholder Services within Loyalty Solutions provides a range of services from travel and lifestyle benefits to protection and insurance, making cardholders’ day to day lives easier and more secure, in addition to unique benefit platforms and digital solutions.

The Senior Specialist, Market Product Management, will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing management of products and services under the Loyalty Solutions family in Asia Pacific.
In this role, you will:
•manage existing and identify/develop new products and services to create preference for Mastercard, and differentiation for our customers
•provide ideas and support initiatives for enhancing and expanding existing product capabilities to meet existing demand, and further differentiate product lines to create opportunities in the market place.
•apply project management skills and follow internal product development processes to drive alignment, integration and execution among internal and external project stakeholders supporting the flawless development and implementation of MasterCard’s products.
•liaise with global and / or regional service providers to ensure alignment and flawless execution of new products and services.
•drive continual process and product improvements through identifying efficiencies or removing pain points based on stakeholder feedback or self-identifying change opportunities
All about You
•Good knowledge of travel products and lifestyle services having managed a similar product portfolio or worked in a similar product management or product development capacity
•Strong project management skills
•Effective Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to many audiences
•Experience in managing products through the product lifecycle, with new product development experience a plus.
•Relevant industry experience; Cards / Payments industry experience is a plus.
