THE ROLEMaintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers to ensure clients satisfaction and our expansion with them. The Account Manager must understand both the client’s business/technology strategy and our product offering and vision, to optimally position our solutions in a way that complements these strategies, while prioritizing the long-term relationship with the client
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMainly a farming role; ensuring client satisfaction/retention and expansion within the account.
- To act as trusted partner to our existing big clients in Indochina helping on guiding and influencing them.
- Build long-term relationships and referrals with senior managers within the assigned Accounts.
- Follow up, ensure and raise client satisfaction throughout the lifetime of the relationship as TEMENOS believes in long term commitments to its clients.
- Identify new opportunities and threats in the assigned Accounts, and build an account plan to tackle the identified/targeted points.
- To expand our outreach and for more agile/ robust organic growth with our existing big clients.
- Generate revenue pipeline through interacting with existing clients in identifying and help them meeting their needs and goals, through knowledgeable communication regarding TEMENOS’ products and services.
- Ensure smooth and prompt billing and cash collection.
- Help with support escalations.

- SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Eloquent in one other local language i.e.Thai, Lao, Khmer, Malay, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Tagalog etc is an additional advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a banking software company or related companies (e.g. local Software Industry) and has deep understanding about Solution Selling.
- Possess Customer Relationship Management experience in Indochina and with local banks.
- Ability to present business case and propositions to top leaders, C-levels community.
- Proven sales success, client management and service delivery experience.
- Track record of working with multi-site/country clients.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, understanding of the sales process and methods, understanding of profitability and risks associated with the deal.
- Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- General awareness and experience of legal documents, T&Cs.
- Understand TEMENOS’ products and services, its competitors’ offerings and the key differentiators.
- Will be based in Jakarta and willing to travel on a frequent basis.
