Responsibilities:

Research, qualify and enroll our customers’ suppliers in MineralTree’s virtual card payment program and supplier network through heavy outbound calling
Educate the supplier on the value of accepting virtual cards
Identify and overcome objections through active listening, and effective and professional communication
Guide the supplier through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience
Efficiently and accurately gather all required data from the supplier to finalize the enrollment process, while demonstrating a strong attention to detail
Consistently exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals, while maintaining a high-level customer experience
Ability to consistently stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and exceeding enrollment and performance metrics with minimal daily supervision
Cross-train on other Payment Optimization & Payment Operations team functions as needed
Critically evaluate the business processes related to the role, and suggest improvements where needed
Help train new members of this quickly growing team
