The Partner Care Specialist is responsible for providing back-end administration in support of our Driver and Operator Partners across a variety of areas including compliance, recruitment, onboarding, handling and resolving issues, improving internal functions, increasing product awareness and contributing to the overall improvement of Partner Care.
About The Role
- Provide back of house administration support to our Network Partners
- Act as the main point of contact for all partner queries received via phone and web
- Increase product and process awareness with Partner base
- Identify opportunities for a better product-fit for partners
- Ensure breaches and non-compliance matters are effectively investigated and resolved swiftly and professionally
- Assist in the development and improvement of Partner Care systems and procedures
- Communicate with other departments to ensure flow of information and knowledge regarding new systems, processes and initiatives
- Assist and contribute to Customer Care function as required
- Ensure integrity and compliance with internal policies as well as legislative and regulative requirements
