Job Purpose/Summary:
Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will diagnose, service, repair all components of an ATM Machine. You will undertake repairs ensuring that your work is carried out to a high standard, in a timely manner and to an acceptable quality. You will also ensure that the service levels objectives are met, proactively dealing with any potential issues before they impact our customers.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Identifying, monitoring and resolving re-occurring faults
- Assist in resolving technical escalations
- Repairing of ATM components including labelling, testing, preparation and fitting
- Testing, repairing and utilisation of new ATM Hardware
- Design and set up of testing assembly and jigs
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the company
- Completes repairs to the required standard and within the designated timeline
- Reduce cost, scrap and re-work particular in the repair processes
- Continue to improve the repair process in accordance with the company’s strategy
- Routinely monitor and report own performance to ensure KPI’s are achieved
- Maintaining calibration and maintenance of assigned tools and test equipment
- Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your job
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Development of high quality and highly efficient repairing and maintenance procedures and documentation
- Provide training once suitably experienced

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Qualifications
- High Technical aptitude
- Technical ATM qualifications of various makes and models in the ATM industry
Experience
- Extensive Field experience or Second Level Support experience
- Experience in the ATM industry is an advantage
- Electric cabling experience
Skills
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical repairs
- Project and Time Management skills
- Trained in meeting challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy (including all MS applications)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think and plan strategically
