Job description:
OFX Money Transfer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Lead with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and international SEO to join our team. As the SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing international SEO strategies at scale that drive organic traffic growth and maximise new revenue.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with our business growth objectives and target international audiences.
- Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console day-to-day as the key primary data points to drive commercial outcomes
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for on-page optimization, content creation, and technical optimisations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, content, and development, to implement SEO recommendations and ensure all technical SEO requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, targeted to specific regions, and reflects local nuances and cultural sensitivities.
- Comfortable in recommending prioritisation based on impact and feasibility
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure our website remains competitive and optimized in the global marketplace.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in SEO with experience in global companies and financial services preferable.
- A strong quantitative data-driven methodology and proven track-record in driving bottom-line growth
- Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices on-page optimization, technical SEO, content creation, and link building.
- 3+ years of day-to-day experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog and the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
