Product Owner –Payment Schemes who has experience in at least one core element of VISA, EFTPOS, OSKO/NPP, BPAY or other pay anyone payment schemes
As a
Product Owner at ING, you’ll have the skills required including problem solving; with incredible analytical skills; it goes without saying however the hunger for working in a fast paced
agile environment is essential.

- Managing on and offshore squads
- Writing user stories
- Acting as a conduit between our business users and our technology team in a pure Agile methodology Way of Working
As our
Product Owner, you'll decide what is being worked on within a squad (in consultation with a Tribe Lead/Chapter Lead), responsible for meeting the squad’s KPI’s and decide what the key priorities are.
Agile knowledge is essential along with the ability to influence and negotiate across internal stakeholders business wide.

What are you going to do? You will be…
- Developing and managing the lifecycle of projects allocated to the Tribes roadmap for a specific domain including products, services, channel delivery and other business processes
- Achieving an optimal customer experience whilst meeting ING’s Risk, Regulatory and Compliance targets locally and globally
- Participating in the Chapter meetings, standard scrum events for the squad stand up, refinements, reviews and retrospectives; writing user stories is an essential qualification
- Representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision as to how to attract and retain customers and focus on continuously improving the customer benefits ING is offering and the key moments of truth for customers
- Managing and resolving incidents, events and issues and recommend improvements required for the product or service or user
What are we looking for? Someone who has…
- Experience in at least one core payment element of either visa, eftpos, osko, bpay or pay anyone payment schemes – more than one payment scheme experience will be seen as highly advantageous
- Experience in a customer environment, where the customer needs are at the heart of the proposition development
- Sound data interrogation skills and the ability to make decisions based on data
- An energetic personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment who is creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team
- The ability to work effectively in a diverse team based environment, who is a fast learner with a thirst for knowledge acquisition
