About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to Payment Process Automation, to join our Operations team in Singapore, reporting to the Operations Lead APAC region.
In this role you will get the chance to collaborate with various internal stakeholders in Operations and Client Services as well as product owners and analysts for different solutions across the business to ensure end-to-end delivery of new functionalities.
What you will be doing
- Understand the business needs of the Operational teams in the London, Luxembourg and Copenhagen offices.
- Identify manual processes that could be automated – analyze/understand the current process and contribute to finding the optimal way to automate.
- Assist in developing (and maintaining) automated solutions created within the team.
- Get familiar with databases and assist operational teams in this.
- Be creative.
What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as Business Analyst or similar.
We expect you to have demonstrated ability to dissect and restructure complex business challenges and a sharp eye for optimization.
To succeed in this role basic C# (or similar) coding skills and SQL skills are required.
As a person you are a dependable, approachable, and a curious team-player who knows the value of clear and effective communication and who likes working in the area between technology and business processes.
As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and have business conversation level command of Chinese (Mandarin). Furthermore, travelling between locations will be required from time to time.
