Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
We have a great opportunity for results driven, confident and commercial individuals to join the Moneycorp Corporate Partnerships team in the capacity of
Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive.
In their roles, the successful candidates will be responsible for supporting moneycorp’s strategic growth plans, through identification of new potential corporate partners. They will successfully sell moneycorp’s partnership proposal to ensure new clients join our partner books.
BDMs will encourage corporate partners to refer our business to other clients’ through a mixture of marketing campaigns, staff training, group client presentations, reporting and developing strong interpersonal relationships. They will support the growth of the Commercial Foreign Exchange business by closing leads and encouraging clients to open a corporate account.
BDEs will work closely with a BDM to proactively target and pitch companies to register as new Referring Partners, and introduce Moneycorp corporate client services to their clients. The successful candidates will support in carrying out the sales strategy through outbound calling and face-to-face prospecting at relevant industry exhibitions, also assist in re-engaging with inactive partners that no longer refer to Moneycorp with the aim to re-establish a partnership.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to attend trade fairs and exhibitions in order to develop new business relationships with partners and support your existing network, speaking at seminars and presentations when required.
We're looking for candidates with solid experience successfully developing new business and sales opportunities. They will have good knowledge of markets, products and services that will translate into proactively selling Moneycorp’s services to existing and new clients. They will work collaboratively with the team to promote and maintain a high level of customer service to all existing and potential partners, maintaining records of all partner and client contact.
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
- Substantial corporate client-facing experience in a financial services organisation.
- Proven track record of exceeding Sales targets.
- An understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations.
- Knowledge of financial services products, with good understanding of economics and FX markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will work collaboratively with your team to promote and maintain a high level of customer service to all existing and potential partners, remain compliant to any regulations, legislations and policies and maintain records of all partner and client contact in CRM.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is expected to be office-based in Victoria, London, however, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
