Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing and managing project plans, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients at all levels to drive requirement gathering, and change requests
- Business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable technology solutions for implementation
- Work closely with Development and technical teams to create documentation of functional and technical specifications for clients sign off
- Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements
- Plan, communicate and perform acceptance testing including documenting traceability, agreement on entry and exit criteria, test strategy, coverage and test scenarios
- Overall accountability to ensure high quality and timely solution
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of BA experience
- Singapore citizens or SPRs due to highly sensitive projects engagement
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline
- Experience in gathering, defining and translating business needs into Business Requirements which IT teams can use for effective analysis and IT solution definition
- Experience in managing requirements from initiation to closure by working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams - End to End
- Strong Stakeholder management and engagement for both internal, client and industry stakeholders
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Experience in Agile/scrum methodology, crafting epics/user stories for sprints
- Familiar with JIRA
- Familiar Polarion Requirements Management Tool (good to have)
