We serve our clients in 180 countries thanks to our 15,000 employees worldwide. We are looking for Technical Engineer based at Singapore who will be part of Day 1 team for building IDEMIA systems at customer site
Main Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and integrate IT components and related border-control endpoints, including Hardware and Software
- Part of integration team on site to troubleshoot, analyse and resolve issues through log analysis and hardware diagnostics
- Perform integration testing on lab test benches & on-site
- Communicate and interface with vendors and customers
- Generate reports and write documentation, e.g. business data reports, operation manual, test procedures and test reports
- May be required to perform integration and deployment tasks during maintenance hours (i.e. late night till early morning) if it involves changes to operational systems
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment, handling complex deployment and integration tasks with professionalism
- Conscious about service quality, with an appropriate sense of urgency in fulfilling customer requirements.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills and techniques
- Ability to manage assigned integration and deployment activities independently
- Ensure completion of integration & deployment tasks within agreed timelines
Technical Skills
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in 3 or more of these skillsets:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT support and systems administration in a vendor environment
- Linux and Windows administration with strong troubleshooting skillset
- VMware ESXi and vCenter administration with strong troubleshooting skillset (Preferable with CLI knowledge) (7.0 and above)
- Kubernetes K8S
- TCP/IP Networking, Network/Security devices (e.g. Cisco Switch, Firewall, Fortinet)
- MSSQL, Oracle, and other database servers
- Monitoring systems (e.g. Centreon, Nagvis)
