Job Responsibilities

Perform pre-processing checks on customers’ payment instruction to ensure that application is in order.
Perform callback to customers to authenticate payment instructions & liaise with BU for failed callbacks within given guidelines.
Perform transaction using front-end system.
Adhere to agreed service levels for turnaround time & industry cut-off time.
Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
Perform day end reconciliation/balancing.
Timely reporting & escalation of control issues, service lapse etc.
Contribute toward process improvement initiatives & ad-hoc projects
