About The Role
As part of our Operations Strategy team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the customer experience in EMEA, driving key strategic initiatives and working cross-functionally to achieve best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in helping to define how we scale as a business and thinking holistically about what the operations of tomorrow should look like at Airwallex.

What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and drive strategic projects across key operational functions, including onboarding, financial crime, customer support, and risk management
- Work on projects from end to end, with the ability to scope, design, implement and measure success
- Take a data driven approach to problem solving
- Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Prepare and update materials covering divisional performance and project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
- Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests, including deep dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consultancy firm or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
