About The Role
The Director of Product is a key leadership role within Cashrewards. You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and using data to make informed decisions. You will leverage your strategic vision to develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Your Focus
- Align the product strategy with the overall company strategy to ensure that the product portfolio supports the company's mission, values, and goals.
- Define the product vision and roadmap, identifying market opportunities and prioritisation based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, UX Manager, BA Manager and other stakeholders to direct and manage squads to maximize product outcomes and business value.
- Monitor product performance, using data and analytics to evaluate the success of the product portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide critical feedback to squads and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Create a culture of learning, development, and inclusion within the product management team and across squads.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to product managers to help team members develop their skills and achieve their goals. At times, this will require you to roll up your sleeves and work in the details with individuals and/or teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, improve product offerings, and make data-driven decisions.
About You
- In-depth understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, product development, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing product teams.
- The ability to think strategically and develop long-term product plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Experience managing complex product development projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
