As a Lead, you will be responsible for the KPI performance of the First and Second Line teams (Support, KYC, Compliance, Payments). To reach operational excellence, you will be leading, coaching and training the Leads of these teams on a daily basis to:
- Increase the performance of their teams by focusing on personal and team growth.
- Deeply embed a Contact Quality mindset as the number one priority.
- Guide their teams in the changes that will be brought by increased automation of process execution.
