The Opportunity
Working as part of the global finance team, this role is a crucial part of the billing team, which is within the Global Finance Operations team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the debtors ledger, processing invoices and ensuring payments are allocated and customer accounts are fully reconciled
- Generating customer statements and copy invoices
- Responding to customer and stakeholders queries in a timely manner
- Proactively contacting customers with account queries and payment requests
- Assisting the Credit Control Manager in implementing and adhering to cash collection policies and controls
- Assisting the Credit Control Manager to actively reduce customer debt outstanding, chasing debtors in accordance with company procedures
- Processing weekly/monthly/quarterly customer invoices to set deadlines to support the business needs
- Manage customer queries to given SLAs to ensure a ‘customer first’ attitude, communicating both via email and telephone with customers to address/resolve queries to allow prompt payment of invoices
- Administrative support across the Credit team and wider Finance team

- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple customer ongoing discussions if required.
Skills & Experience
- You will need excellent communication skills (across all media) and possess the ability to ‘get things done’ in a flexible dynamic organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- A ‘self starter’ who is able to take ownership of their tasks seeing them to fruition
- Ability to work with systems and processes still under development.
- Flexibility to operate successfully and grow in a fast-paced environment.
