Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of relationship management and demonstrating a high level of accountability with client-facing responsibilities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-achieving leader to gain exposure to client development.
Responsibilities
- External Influencing: Work closely with our partners to identify opportunities and lead client-facing discussions to deliver customised solutions.
- Internal Influencing: Collaborate with multiple divisions to support the implementation of strategic and tactical account plans for our clients.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of both Mastercard and clients, including relationship mapping and event coordination.
- Strategy Development: Assist in setting sales strategies and presenting customised solutions to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time and meet the needs of our clients and Mastercard.
- Presentation Materials and Analytics: Create client-facing presentation materials using data analytics to enhance sales opportunities, including monthly tracking reports, quarterly business reviews, and other materials.
- Performance Analytics and Dashboards: Generate performance analytics, dashboards, and monthly partnership communications.
- Project Management: Manage key sales opportunities, collaborating across internal divisions .
- Best Practice Dissemination: Create and share best practices including case studies with clients, arrange peer-to-peer meetings, and provide relevant documentation to support senior leadership conversations.
- Salesforce Management: Update and maintain Salesforce, communicate opportunities and gaps to the Director of Account Management.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the account-level pipeline effectively.
